Ordering Information

We do not have a shopping cart system, as we like to talk to you and answer your questions. To begin the ordering process, check inventory, or learn more about our skates, please email info@skatecrazy.net

Once an order is settled, we will send you a Paypal invoice that can be paid with any credit card, or with a Paypal account. We ship all orders to the address provided by Paypal. We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise in new condition for 30 days. All skate purchases include free shipping via UPS ground within the continental United States, or a $15 credit towards other shipping methods. Smaller orders such as cones or wheels generally ship via USPS Priority Mail.


Sizing Information

Skate sizing is always tricky, and more so since it generally isn't possible for customers to come to us to try on the skates. The skates are sold by European sizes, which don't match up exactly to US sizes, and all manufacturers make their sizes a little bit differently anyway. This means that your standard US shoe size is not very useful in determining what size skate you should buy. For this reason, we recommend measuring your feet according to the directions below, then finding your size on the appropriate chart.

To measure your feet, find a hard floor with a flat wall. Tape a piece of paper down so that it touches the wall. Stand on the paper in bare feet, with your heel just touching the wall, and have a friend take a book (or something else flat and rigid), push it so that it touches your longest toe, and make a mark on the paper. Do this with both feet. Measure the length in millimeters, if possible.
